Locking a camera into a pinball or desk streaming rig should be boring and reliable. These set screws exist to make sure your camera stays exactly where you put it, without bottoming out, wobbling loose, or forcing you into awkward spacers. Designed around PARAFLIP camera mounts, they hit the right depth for clean, repeatable installs.
Used anywhere a camera needs to attach directly to a mount point, hinge, or frame, these screws remove guesswork from setup. PARAFLIP camera hinges use shallow threaded engagement, so the 1/2" length seats securely without protruding or interfering with movement. Longer mount points or non-PARAFLIP hardware may call for the 3/4" option. No wrench is required for most camera mounts, but a standard 1/8" allen wrench can be used when extra torque is needed.
Choose the length based on your mount depth and the pack size based on how many connection points you’re building. PARAFLIP camera hinges require two screws per mount, one for the frame side and one for the camera side. A typical three-camera setup uses three mounts, which is why multi-pack options exist.
- Thread Size: 1/4-20 matches standard camera and mounting hardware, avoiding adapters or mismatched fasteners.
- Length Options: 1/2" is ideal for PARAFLIP’s shallow mount points, while 3/4" accommodates deeper or third-party hardware.
- Hex Socket Drive: Allows controlled tightening with an allen wrench when needed, without relying on exposed heads.
- Flush Engagement: Set screw design keeps hardware out of the way of hinges, rotation points, and tight clearances.
